Scope of Services

Our services encompass the full spectrum of private label production, including but not limited to new formula design, stability testing, regulatory documentation, and bulk or finished product manufacturing. These Terms apply to all orders, whether for standard catalogue formulations or custom product formula design tailored to specific market requirements.

Under these Terms, any new product development commissioned by you on a work-for-hire basis remains your sole intellectual property upon full payment. We maintain strict confidentiality protocols to ensure your trade secrets are never utilized for competing brands or our own purposes.

Compliance and Standards

All manufacturing services are executed in strict accordance with European Union regulations, specifically Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 for cosmetics. We maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that every batch meets the defined specifications and safety criteria required for market access in the EU, UK, and beyond.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection in every batch, our liability is limited to the value of the manufacturing contract. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the sale or use of the products, provided that the products met the agreed specifications and safety standards at the time of delivery.
